1st December – 30th December 2017 (excluding Christmas Day)

All of our dishes are homemade and cooked freshly to order

Starters

Goats cheese & walnut ravioli (V) prosecco and shallot sauce

Caramelised parsnip & butternut squash soup (GFA / V) Warm bread, salted butter

G&T salmon (GFA) (gin cured salmon, citrus cream cheese, dill tonic coulis on a granary crouton)

Potted duck liver parfait (GFA) Mulled plum chutney, toasted bloomer 

Mains

All served with a panache of seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

Rolled shin of beef, dauphinoise potatoes, red wine and thyme jus (GFA)

Roasted breast of free range turkey, pig in blanket (GFA)

Seared sea bass fillet, tarragon and cheddar crumb, white wine crème (GFA)

Wild mushroom & stilton risotto, pecorino crisp, sage oil (GFA / V)

Desserts

Chocolate orange delice(V)

Tradition Christmas pudding, brandy cream (V)

Spiced berry crème brûlée, shortbread biscuit (GFA / V)

Glass of ruby port & cheese selection (GFA / V)
